Before we prescribe any lifestyle adjustments to help you attain radiant health, we determine your unique mind-body constitution also known as your prakriti, which is made up of different expressions of the doshas. This means that there is no such thing as a 'one size fits all' treatment, which is what makes Ayurveda so fascinating!
