Turmeric is a powerful anti-inflammatory, immune system booster, and digestive aid thanks to its prebiotic properties. To enhance its bioavailability, black pepper and coconut oil have been added to this recipe.
Stir 1.5 tsp into a cup of hot milk (we recommend rice milk or coconut drink), and add a sweetener to taste. Ayurveda does not recommend using honey in hot drinks, but suggests jaggery or coconut sugar.
Keeps for 2 months after opening, but store me in the fridge!
